    Irene brings over a decade of experience as a therapist to her practice. As the founder of Evoke Counseling, Irene has established herself as a compassionate and dedicated practitioner in the field.

    What sets Irene apart is her ability to forge meaningful connections with her clients. Irene's strong intuition serves as a guiding force, allowing her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Through her unwavering dedication and genuine empathy, Irene empowers individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and growth. She is very direct and works best with people who are ready for change.

    Irene has extensive experience and expertise in understanding the intricacies of trauma and its impact on mental and physical well-being. Her approach integrates trauma-focused, mindfulness, attachment-based, holistic, energy, and somatic modalities.

    Specialties include: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Complex-PTSD, LGBTQ+ related Traumas and Challenges, Anxiety, Depression, Healing from Abusive Relationships, Navigating Toxic Relationships, and Poly/ Ethical Non-Monogamous Relationships.

    DeAnna is a therapist and addiction specialist who works with individuals, couples, and children. She chose to work in the field of mental health to help people uncover their courage to change thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve their lives in a positive manner. She believes that given the tools and structure, that patients can reach their goals and make changes to their lives, and become thriving, independent decision-makers.

    Christine is a therapist who has extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples. Christine enjoys helping clients overcome unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior using a combination of compassion, mindfulness, and other therapeutic techniques to maximize growth.

    Christine is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, with experience in ACT, CBT, exposure therapy, and DBT approaches.

Brianna is here to guide and assist you in uncovering the things that might be interfering with living a meaningful and authentic life. She offers an open safe space for her clients and the ability to work at a pace that is custom to their needs. Together Brianna can help you facilitate the healing you deserve.

    Brianna is trained in providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)

    Taylor is a licensed social worker who strives to provide embodied mental health therapy that integrates physical movements and somatic awareness with evidence-based psychological interventions. She works with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges, helping them heal and cope through a holistic and multidimensional approach.

    Taylor is passionate about creating meaningful therapeutic relationships, fostering empathy and cultural competence, and applying trauma informed care principles into her practice.

    Taylor also has experience in non-profit and clinical settings, working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and children and adolescents with severe mental health issues. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, exercising, trying new restaurants, and watching true crime documentaries.

    Beth is a Certified Yoga Therapist with a passion for holistic healing and has a deep clinical background in understanding trauma. With experience in the fields of yoga, somatic movement, and her extensive training and expertise, Beth combines ancient wisdom with modern science to craft personalized healing experiences that are evidence-based and nurture the body, mind, and soul.

    Specializing in trauma-informed yoga therapy, Beth brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to her practice, creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their inner landscape and embark on a path towards healing and empowerment.

    Through a holistic blend of breathwork, gentle movement, mindfulness practices, and meditation, including sound therapy, Beth empowers her clients to release tension, cultivate resilience, and reconnect with their innate capacity for healing and growth. With a deep reverence for the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, Beth strives to create an environment of trust, respect, and authenticity, where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued.

    Practice Manager

    Brittany graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Business Management. She is a co-founder of the practice and oversees all of the managerial operations at Evoke Counseling. Brittany has worked in the mental health setting for over ten years.

    In her spare time, Brittany loves spending time with her family, is an avid hiker and skier, and loves a great adventure.
